Nathan (Nate) Mallard is a native of Rock Hill, SC with deep roots in the area. He brings an abundance of resources from his marketing background. Nate studied marketing at the College of Charleston and received his degree in 2009. From there he worked in the film industry before moving back home to Rock Hill in 2012 to take the role of marketing director at Bethelwoods Camp and Conference Center in York, SC. He is skilled in videography, social media marketing, photography, copywriting, and graphic design. All important tools to getting your home sold in today's changing market.
Since returning home in 2012 Nate has been immensely involved in the York County community. He is active with the York County Chamber of Commerce, the Heart to Heart Foundation, Historic Rock Hill, and the Come-See-Me Festival. Nate has served as a team leader for the past five years with annual the Come-See-Me festival, managing and interacting with over 75,000 digital relationships.
Nate is a resident of historic downtown Rock Hill, and is champion of the revitalization and development efforts currently happening. He was called on by Rock Hill Mayor, Doug Echols, in 2014 to be a voice in the conversation about the direction Rock Hill is going.
